Here are the most frequently asked questions about our seasonal apartment rental in Marseille. We will update this FAQ as we go along.

What are the arrival and departure times?
You can enter the apartment from 2pm to 7pm. Your departure will be between 8am and 11am. However, late arrival or early departure is possible on request (see below).
Can we arrive or leave outside scheduled times?
It is possible to arrive earlier or leave later than scheduled times according to our availability, but it will require an extra.
Are bed linen and towels provided?
Yes, bed linen and towels are provided at no extra charge.
Is apartment connected to the Internet?
Yes, the apartment is connected via Wifi free of charge. In addition, the location is covered by 4G (and 3G) for the majority of french telephone operators. If roaming is included in your phone plan, it is very likely that you will be connected on a compatible smartphone or touch pad.
Is the apartment suitable for young children?
Yes, no problem: we have already received small children in the apartment. We also have baby cots, a baby bath and a highchair available.
Does the apartment have a dishwasher?
Yes, the kitchen has a small dishwasher above the washing machine to automatically wash plates, glasses and cutlery.
Is a last minute booking possible?
Yes, it is always possible to book at the last minute if your stay dates match with still available days on our availability calendar.
What are the possible means of payment to pay the deposit?
If you book through our website, the deposit may be paid by check, bank transfer, PayPal or bitcoins.
