“End of stay cleaning” package
Price of the “End of stay cleaning” package: 35 € / 29.41 £ / $38.01 / Can$50.48.
As mentioned in the rental contract which will be sent to you by email, the “End of stay cleaning” package is compulsory for all stays of 4 nights or less. For stays of 5 nights or more, this package is completely optional. This allows the tenant not to have to do household work before departure, namely:
- Undo the beds
- Vacuum in all rooms
- Mop and clean the floor of all rooms
- Clean the coffee tables
- Clean the toilet, shower, washbasin, white porcelain elements, mirror and bathroom shelf
- Clean kitchen countertop, sink, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker
You can indicate during booking if you want take the “End of stay cleaning” package.
“Transport” Option
If we are available, it will be a pleasure to get you back or take you to Marseille-Saint-Charles station or to Marseille Provence Airport. Please tell us during booking if you are interested so that we can let you know if we are available.

The weekly rental is always possible, the rental for a weekend depends on the season
As the demand for seasonal rentals is strong in summer, we can only offer a rental for a weekend only if the rest of the week has been booked. Also, feel free ton contact us if you wish to rent in Marseille only for a weekend.
